In the standard datafeed the fields are separated by pipe (|) and the lines by new line (\n):

We can also accept other specific formats or separators (for lines or columns) in case of acquiring a premium listing package or in certain special cases.
We do not accept Excel files, but you can export the products from an Excel document in a standard one.
